The Sustainability, Food Systems, and Nutrition Learning Modules lead you through a curated series of learning activities about sustainable food systems (SFS), such as short readings and videos, followed by reflective questions that encourage critical thought and practice-based application.

The modules have been developed in partnership with ICDA and Atlantic OER (Open Educational Resource). They are freely available for anyone to use; however, they were designed with nutrition and dietetics students, educators, and current practitioners in mind.

To get started on structured learning, please visit our Sustainability, Food Systems, and Nutrition Learning Modules at: https://pressbooks.atlanticoer-relatlantique.ca/sustainabilityfoodsystemsandhealth/
