The International Confederation of Dietetic Associations hosts an International Congress of Dietetics every four years at a place determined by official Representatives of Member national dietetic associations. Twelve months prior to the Members' Meeting, Member associations interested in hosting a future Congress are to provide a signed Offer to Host the International Congress of Dietetics 
that will be held approximately eight years later.
Each Member association that has submitted an Offer to Host the International Congress of Dietetics will be invited to make a presentation at the Members' Meeting held during a Congress eight years in advance. Voting takes place and results are announced at the Members' Meeting.

Host the Spanish Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists

National dietetic associations Members of ICDA are encouraged to consider hosting the Congress.
